The next City Showcase Tournament will be March 28-30, 2024
Open to Boys and Girls Teams, U14 – U19 (Birth Year Age Groups: 2005-2010)

Registration Information

  • Application Instructions

    1. Apply:
    Fill out the application form on GotSoccer. Rosters and Documents do NOT need to be uploaded at this time, but will need to be completed two weeks prior to the tournament. You will receive an automatically generated email once you submit the registration.

    2. Payment:
    The Regular Registration Fee is $880 for U15 - U19. $790 for U14. R Teams serving primarily low-income youth, can apply for fee assistance. See below.

    Payment will only be accepted by Credit Card or E-check: Enter payment information upon checkout on GotSoccer. Application is only complete once payment has been entered.

    Payments will not be processed until the team is accepted. Teams can request for the tournament to wait until a specific date to process payment. If so, please email showcase@southbronxunited.org.

    3. Acceptance:
    Teams will be notified of acceptance beginning on January 3, 2024. Payments will be charged upon acceptance.

    Application for Fee Assistance:
    The City Showcase Tournament strives to provide a platform for low-income youth and demographic groups underrepresented in higher education and college soccer. If the fee presents a significant hardship, your team may be eligible for a Discounted Fee. To be eligible, your club must (1) serve primarily low-income youth, (2) charge minimal or no participation fees for its players, and (3) demonstrate that no other funding sources are available to cover tournament participation.   • Required Documents

    Make sure you log-in under “GotSport Login” not “Gotsoccer Classic”. If you log-in under Classic, you will not see the tournament.

    2024 Documents Deadline: March 14, 2024
    Please have all rosters and documents completed by this date. Changes and additions can be might up until two days prior to the event, but they made not be reflected on recruiting rosters.

    GotSoccer Roster: Complete team roster on GotSoccer two weeks prior to the tournament. The most important information to include is player name, jersey number, and grade. GotSport Help: How do I build an Event Roster

    Upload Official Roster: Please upload a copy of your official league or state roster to gotsoccer.com. Keep a copy of this roster with you at every game. GotSport Help: How do I Upload Documents for Online Check In?

    Upload Player Passes: Please upload a copy of the front of each player pass for every player competing in the tournament (the back is needed as well if key information or photos are on it). Upload in as FEW documents as possible. For example line up the passes in rows and columns to scan or take a picture. One PDF is preferable.     Upload Guest Player Passes: Please upload a copy of the front of each guest player pass for every player competing in the tournament to showcase@southbronxunited.org. Keep a copy of these passes with you at every game. Keep a copy of the medical release form. Write the guest player name on the official roster copy and add them to your GotSoccer roster. 3 guest players max.

    Upload Waiver: Sign and upload the tournament waiver. Download waiver here. Waivers can be presented on the first day of the tournament.

    Medical Release Forms: Team must bring a signed Medical Release Form for every participating player. Please use your appropriate US Club Soccer (English), US Club Soccer (Español) or US Youth Soccer Medical Release Form

    Permission To Travel Form: Required only for US Youth Soccer Teams outside of Region 1. Canadian teams must also have a completed form from its Provincial or National Association approving the team’s participation in the tournament and proof of insurance.

  • Tournament Check-In

    Tournament Check-In: Every team must check in at the City Showcase Registration Table at field 71 or field 82 on the morning of the tournament, at least 1 hour prior to their first game, to receive their game cards and confirm their presence.

    Although check-in should have been completed in advance, bring all player passes and documents required above as a precaution.
